We invite you to remember or honor your loved ones affected by Alzheimer's disease or a related illness by recording their names in the Alzheimer's Foundation of America Book of Remembrance.
The Book of Remembrance will be updated periodically. Names will be listed on this Web site, recorded in a Book of Remembrance at AFA's headquarters, and recited at various candle lighting ceremonies.
